"Aaron's enthusiasm for math is contagious and creates a classroom where students want to learn and work hard to meet expectations. Aaron creates lessons with authentic hands-on learning opportunities resulting in high levels of engagement. Aaron places a high value on building strong relationships with his students. Every student is valued and treated with respect. As a result, learners feel safe and are willing to take risks. He encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and responsibility for learning.
